Bending

Penn Sheet Metal offers highly advanced metal bending capabilities. Our brakes can provide bending services to many distinct fields and industries across the country. The newer brakes we have take the headache of figuring out dimensions at the machine by being programmed in the frontend when parts are imported to be cut by our laser. We can unfold and refold parts sent into us via Solid Work files to determine if we have the necessary tooling to bend the parts you need!

    We are happy to announce that Penn is now offering Hardware Insertion using PEM Fasteners, an industry standard for standoffs and nuts. 


    Offering PEM Fasteners allows for precise and standardized hard insertion at the fabrication level to ensure the accuracy and performance of your part!

  • Laser Etching

    We now offer Laser Etching. Brand new 100W JPT MOPA Fiber Laser. This allows for deep etching on a variety of metals such as Steel, Aluminum, Stainless, Brass, Plastic, Leather, and Much More!


    Mope Functionality allows for color to be etched on stainless steel utilizing the frequency range of the etcher.
